Our appointment system caters for urgent, non-urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. If you need more time with your GP, you should arrange a longer consultation when booking. Please advise reception staff if you have more than one issue to discuss so the appropriate consultation time can be booked.

Tel: 1300 342 255Depending on circumstances, nursing home and home visits may be provided to patients. Visits will take place during clinic hours at the discretion of the individual GP. If a home visit isn't appropriate, a telephone consultation may be offered as an alternative.
Yes our GPs can provide them. You're welcome to make an appointment although you may find a telephone consult to be more efficient.
We may contact you through SMS, phone or letters regarding your results, follow up appointments or routine preventative healthcare like vaccinations or screenings. Your doctor may request your prompt reply to follow up on important matters. To ensure we can contact you about your results and appointments, please advise our reception team that you would like to opt-in to receive SMS communications.
If you have visited the practice in person at least once, telehealth services are available to you. These depend on GP availability, so please contact the practice for more information.

We are open Monday to Saturday to provide comprehensive coordinated healthcare to the local community. GP services include antenatal care, chronic disease management, women's health and contraceptive services, men's health, skin checks, mental health, diabetes management and more.
